Please write from the email address on your account, and tell us which device you were using — it saves a round trip.
Signing in
AdFontes uses one account everywhere: the website, the iPhone and iPad app, and the Android app all sign in with the same email and password, and your conversations follow you between them. On iPhone and iPad you can also use Sign in with Apple.
Forgotten password? Use the Forgot password link on the sign-in screen and we’ll email you a reset link. If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder before writing to us — our mail comes from mail.adfontes.ai.
Managing your subscription
Your plan lives on your account, not on any one device, so whatever you’re entitled to is available everywhere you sign in. To view, change, or cancel an existing plan, sign in at app.adfontes.ai/settings.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from either the app or the website — you don’t need to ask us.
- iPhone / iPad / Android — open the menu, tap Profile, scroll to Delete account, and confirm with your password.
- Web — sign in and go to app.adfontes.ai/settings.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. It removes your account and the content attached to it — your conversations, panels, study sessions, bookmarks, and notes. It cannot be undone, and we cannot recover a deleted account for you. If you have an active paid plan, cancel it first so it does not renew. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
What AdFontes is — and isn’t
AdFontes lets you converse with AI representations of historical Christian thinkers, grounded in their own writings. The responses are generated by an AI model drawing on those sources. They are not the words of the historical figure unless shown as a quotation with a citation, and they are not pastoral, medical, legal, or financial advice. Treat what you read the way you would treat a well-read study partner: worth engaging, worth checking. Where an answer cites a source, follow the citation.
The Service is for adults — you must be at least 18 to use it. See our Terms of Service.
Reporting a problem
If an answer is wrong, misattributed, or otherwise troubling, please send it to hello@adfontes.ai with the theologian, the mode (Chat, Panel, or Study), and roughly what you asked. Reports like these are how the library and the guardrails get better, and we read every one.
